Cindy Ross’ teaching is the result of over thirty five years of equine experience, a passion for horses and the desire to teach equestrian riders and owners to develop a stronger bond through positive communication. She specializes in young horses and riders to advanced levels of schooling and showing.  It does not matter if your goals are showing at the highest levels of Show Jumping, Eventing or just starting your horse on a path where you can learn interesting exercises through insightful instruction.

She enjoys teaching horses and riders to jump, solving equine behavioral issues and loves teaching horses to enjoy their jobs and riders to enjoy the sport.  In addition, Cindy works to instill confidence in horses and riders who may have developed fears    due to misguidance in their earlier training and handling.

Cindy Ross can help you achieve your goals regardless of your discipline. Cindy’s system of cross-training and the relation of biomechanics to horse and rider, provide the conditioning methods you need to move forward in the ring, on course or on the trail. Cindy loves working with all levels of horses and riders but her specialty has always been the ability to create confident, balanced rhythmical horses that love their jobs. There is a program available for everyone and every horse.

Cindy takes only a select number of riders and horses into training.  Her specialty is preparing the young horse.  Her ability to give a horse confidence and to bring the best out in the horses and riders she works with is a gift.  She also excels at helping riders improve their horsemanship skills so that they can get the horse to perform to the best of its ability.

She is also a Registered (R) judge with the USEF and a life member of USEF and USHJA and judges throughout the US.

Feel free to contact Cindy with any equine related questions, to schedule a clinic or to set up a training program for your horse.

Call 503-523-8290 to book her services or to offer a clinic.   We work to enhance your training programs and give insight to participant’s coaches and trainers.   We have been  called  "the trainer’s coach" for the ability to cut to the basic issue and to build better riders that think and feel.
