International Orders: The order minimum for all International Orders is $150.00, Please place an on line order of $150 or more and we’ll email your shipping quote within 1-2 business days.
Paypal or Google is our preferred method of payment for our international customers. Send your Paypal payment to Payments@MinglewoodSolutions.com.
If you need a shipping quote, you can email customer service (customerservice@MinglewoodSolutions.com) with a list of the products you’re interested in buying and be sure to include your shipping address. A customer service agent will respond during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm PST) with a weight-based UPS Expedited shipping quote

The order minimum for all International Orders is $150.00, exclusive of shipping and handling fees. International shipments may also subject to additional Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees and Taxes, which are the purchaser’s responsibility and are in addition to our quoted shipping and handling charges. Brokerage Fees and taxes are typically based on the Invoice Amount of your order, and collected at the time of delivery. Please keep in mind that all International Shipments / Sales are final. Any taxes, duty, customs charges, brokerage charges or tariffs are the purchaser’s responsibility, and are collected at the time of delivery. MinglewoodSolutions will not pay for any additional charges incurred in the shipping or receiving process. MinglewoodSolutions is NOT responsible for any delays in customs, and additional business days may be required to process your outgoing shipment, so please keep this in mind when placing your order. We only process shipments once we are paid in full.

PAYMENT TERMS: For our protection, MinglewoodSolutions is a US company and can no longer bill credit cards issued outside of the United States. We invite you to pay electronically via Paypal, or pay via Money Order.
You can still place your order on MinglewoodSolutions using a major credit card, but the card WILL NOT be charged, and final payment must be submitted via Paypal or Money Order for the shipment to process. If you submit your order with a credit card, payment instructions will be emailed to you with your shipping quote.
"Undeliverable" or "refused" international packages will incur return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. MinglewoodSolutions does not refund original outgoing shipping charges on undeliverable or refused international packages. By ordering from us, you agree to these terms.
* No refunds, returns, or exchanges on International Shipments.
* We currently ship via UPS EXPEDITED to the following destinations and countries:
USA, Puerto Rico, USVI, Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Canada (UPS standard service available in some areas), England, France, Japan, Israel, (metro areas), Germany, and Mexico. If your country is not listed please contact us and we may be able to find a solution for you. Please keep in mind, we quote UPS only!
Tracking is emailed to you automatically when your order ships.
