Goals, Visions and Dreams
It was always my dream as well as my vision to work with animals and their owner’s, far and wide, as well as locally. To share my education, contacts, knowledge and wisdom with others, so that they too could empower themselves and know they have choices for prevention of, as well as choices in naturally treating health disorders or illness in their animals!
Another vision and goal is to provide the best ingredients, in the freshest and most health enhancing mixes and most effective alternatives products I could research and design for horses (and eventually dogs and even humans). My products are simple, natural formulas, competive and reasonably priced and they are blended using the highest quality ingredients, most of which are human grade.
It was also a dream of mine to be a writer and I have done that as well. I research and write articles for several of the equine publications in addition to my consultations and clinic teaching on riding, showing and health care. I new goal is to compile these articles and publish a book on natural equine health and another on training and enjoying your equine partner.
In a world market filled with cheap, ineffective substances and automated customer assistance; we are unlike the big companies who manufacture feed supplements and who may only have the bottom line in mind and not always your horse’s health. I strive to have contact with my customers, follow the progress of their animals, and refer them sometimes to others I know, for another opinion, who might be able to help you, if I can’t.
We never sell you a product just to sell you a product.
It has always been my goal and hope that you, as a customer, will appreciate my dedication to quality, and my passion for using alternative medicine, natural ingredients, and personal service. I personally hand measure and blend many of the products, and usually ship the products within a couple of days.
In the beginning, it was always my vision for the Minglewood Solutions to be an educational resource, and that we would always try to provide links to other educational sites, groups, or resources; others who may be of like mind who may also offer alternatives, or other health products we do not offer or nutritional supplements for you animals we do not carry; we wanted to be a source of information to help empower others who are seeking information on alternative health, or nutritional support for their animals, links to latest research, and giving people hope for their horses who may have health challenges, and help those who are as dedicated to their horses as we are. There are links within the web pages, and in the articles to people who can help you with your horses who have health challenges.
We want to assist people in becoming educated consumers, ask questions, read labels, question your vet, research your hay and feed supplements, do your home work, do your research, be a participant in your horses health and well being, not just during the times he may be health challenged. We caution people in getting too wrapped up in some of the on-line "support" groups, and also question what they have to say or share, there is no "one" magic bullet that works for every horse, very much like humans, as some of these groups would lead you to believe.
Your horse’s life may depend on you someday, as his care taker, and you want to be able to give him every opportunity at life, and a good one. So question, research and if something doesn’t feel right to you, it probably isn’t, so listen to your intuition and your inner voice!
