Meet the founder

Cindy Ross encompasses an expert knowledge of the Equine Industry with a love of holistic medicine, science, research and healing modalities in addition to a love and appreciation of equines of all disciplines.

Cindy is a lifetime USEF member, judge and USHJA trainer. As an active contributor to the equestrian community today, she balances her time with her work with her equine health and cutting edge healing products company MinglewoodSolutions.com and her teaching and training business MinglewoodWest. Cindy enjoys bringing along top-notch horses and helping riders get results while balancing her time in the judge’s booth.

 

As a trainer, rider, judge and horsewoman, Cindy Ross searched long and hard for state-of-the-art equipment and gear. Unable to find what she envisioned on the market, she set out to research and develop performance- enhancing equestrian solutions. She found inspiration from the medical industry and soon founded MinglewoodSolutions to create her own technologically advanced product lines.

Cindy has worked in laser, microcurrent and other non-invasive therapies over the years and has helped developed several products for the equine therapeutic world. Cindy is constantly on the lookout for new product ideas and improvements. She often draws on her own experience for insight into products that would provide riders and horse owners a competitive edge. Cindy has enjoyed working with horse enthusiasts from may disciplines to bring products that produce results to the market.  Cindy has developed and offers products for horses, dogs and people with a unique and specialized understanding of alternative healing and natural remedies that aid in therapeutic methods and help reduce injuries by proactive nutrition and training.

Her philosophy is to bring to market cutting edge products and time honored products that produce results. 

In her equine training program, she offers a well rounded program of excellent training and happy, successful horses and students in an enjoyable, safe atmosphere. 

                                           

Cindy Ross is a talented rider and an innovative, equestrian professional with the ability to teach and competitively train horses and riders.  Cindy began riding and competing at age 8.  As a young adult, Cindy had the opportunity to travel and work with some of the worlds best professionals in his field and to this day she still continues to learn from and collaborate with them on a professional level.  Cindy's knowledge base and riding skills have been acquired through hard work, dedication, and education from the best in the equine industry.  Cindy’s style transforms riding into a visual form of art that you will want to emulate.  She combines theory and practice into her riding program so that both the horse and rider benefit from the depth of her knowledge.  Cindy’s dynamic knowledge base, teaching, and riding skills give her the ability to teach the competitive beginner to the most advanced rider.  Always interesting and never repetitive, Cindy can help you achieve your goals and compete successfully at your comfort level.


Cindy Ross is a motivated, trainer with a positive energy. Specifically,  she enjoys the opportunity of teaching children and adults the art of show jumping.  Strategically and tactfully, she is able to troubleshoot problems and build trust between the horse and rider.  Furthermore, Cindy is a multidimensional trainer who is able to produce achievements with her students exceeding even their own expectations.  Through patience and commitment, Cindy is able to develop horses and riders to their top level of performance.
